Members Terms of Service
By signing up and actively using the PaidApp4Free program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. PaidApp4Free may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with PaidApp4Free. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the PaidApp4Free program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Relationship of the Parties
You are solely responsible for the answer and your infomation while using the PaidApp4Free program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
PaidApp4Free will not be liable for lost your information , or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or PaidApp4Free program, even if PaidApp4Free has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may not promote own campaign through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with PaidApp4Free and may result in legal prosecution. PaidApp4Free strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will terminated immediately and shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.
PaidApp4Free collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.
Some of our services require you to register for an account. PaidApp4Free asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information,

We will not sell, disclose or lease our member’s personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's.
